Are you gonna be active if your not GM?: Yes, because ill be bored and ill play Summer if Jimmy's on.
Are you and experience GM?: No, but im gonna be GM in two server when a server gonnna be made.
Can you invite players/friends?: Yes, because have friends that have nothing to do in the Summer.
Could you advertise?: I don't really know how to do that.
Have you been a GM and how many times?: I've never been GM but im gonna be GM.
Can you deal with bad situations, even from small to large?: Yes, example first if i see them hackin i'll give them a warning, the second time they hack the get jailed.
